Join us for an evening of energetic recharging under the celestial beams of this years Snow Moon.

Bathed in the cosmic sounds of singing bowls, the healing vibrations of the handpan, and the resounding frequencies of the gong, we will join in a gentle yin flow. This passiveness will allow us to tap into subtleties of a slow awakening within.

Cultivating an awareness of what is intrinsically pulsing beneath the surface, we will allow this time of stillness  (both in our interior and exterior) to support an inner examination of pure curiosity. 

And from this place of insight and introspection, we can set intentions for ourselves for the moons next orbit around our planet.

This 90 minute meditative practice is accessible for all levels of practitioners, and suitable for anyone with an interest of riding the cosmic tides of our nearest celestial neighbor, the moon.
